Infidelity – Adultery – Having an Affair – Cheating Spouse

If you are married and you have arrived at our website, chances are you have typed one of the above terms into a search engine in search of information and resources to assist you in a suspected spousal infidelity matter. The thought that a spouse might be having an affair is extremely painful. We understand that, most often, our client simply needs answers. Our infidelity investigators will work with you to get you the information you need to make an informed decision.

Investigating a cheating spouse or marital infidelity is a sensitive matter. Because spousal infidelity can affect many people (you, your children, extended family), it is best to consult with an investigator and consider all options.

It has been our experience that when a client seriously suspects spousal infidelity, more often than not, they are correct. You know your spouse and when little telltale signs and clues emerge; you are the first to notice the change. Our investigators work with clients regarding infidelity and adultery all the time. We maintain 100% complete confidentiality and always remain discreet and covert during surveillance.

Here are some important things to consider:

  • Do you “Just Want to Know the Truth” or are you planning to get a Divorce? – If your aim is simply to find out if your spouse or girlfriend/boyfriend is cheating so you can confront them, a day or two of surveillance may be all you need to determine that your spouse “isn’t where they said they’d be”. However, if you plan on using the evidence of infidelity to file for divorce, ask for child custody or seek damages for marital waste and other court actions, you may need

additional proof particularly if you live in an “at-fault” divorce state. While finding out that your spouse was at a condo with someone else might satisfy your desire for the truth, a court of law will probably require more proof. That may require additional days of surveillance and may be more expensive.

  • Confidentiality is Guaranteed – Florida Law mandates that private investigators maintain complete confidentiality for their clients. People come to us all the time with spousal infidelity concerns. It is a common occurrence and not something for you to be ashamed of. With that in mind, it is important that you share everything with your private investigator. You enjoy 100% confidentiality with us. We will never discuss or reveal your case to anyone unless you direct us to. We need to know all of the details of the situation to better assist you.
  • Keep a Log of the Cheating Spouse’s Activity – Should you decide to retain our firm to assist you, one of the first things we will need to do is determine a schedule. We want to maximize the surveillance time so that we can get you the answers you need. The best way to do that is for you to record the times of day when you can’t reach your spouse on their cell phone, or the days of the week when he/she comes home “late from the office”. This way, we can schedule surveillance during days or hours when there is a greater opportunity of infidelity. This pre-planning of the investigation is critical.
  • Sometimes They Are Where They Claim To Be – Sometimes when we conduct surveillance of a suspected adulterer, we find that they aren't committing infidelity at all. Sometimes they are actually where they say they will be or they are with the person they claim to be with. Regardless, our clients have been given peace of mind.
